before i built my home gym there was a guy in my gym that did squats/good mornings 7 days a week, at the same time every day. Never increased weight, never got gains, never left the squat rack. Came in expecting him...
Edit: looks like the guy in the OPs pic is taking a picture to post on ******** too. RAGE.Ohio State Crew

He was doing wierd **** like putting 1 foot infront of the other and alternating between left foot infront or right infront. Looked like he was phuking dancing

The most annoying people at my gym are the ones who don't re-rack weights and/or leave weights on bars.
A close second are people who constantly walk by and stare at you instead of asking how many sets you have left. Then the very same guys get pissed when you start doing a different exercise in the cage.RIP Lil Peep

The gym I'm at now is the first one I've ever worked out at where members EVER rerack weights. It's amazing.
24 hour fitness... I never ONCE saw an empty bar on a bench, ever. People would leave stuff racked and just walk away.
Powerhouse... nobody ever leaves the bar loaded because the big guys don't. It's super nice.480s / 370b / 495d / 235 x 2 SOHP

The leg press guy is up there on the annoying scale. I still can't figure out the logic of the person that brings the 15lb DB's way to the other side of the gym to the bench in front of the 100lb++ DB's however. And they usually hang out over there for 20-30mins

Girls in the squat rack, because not a single fuarking girl in my gym actually squats.
I go late, between 8:30-9:00 pm to avoid the crowd. This was back in January though, when everybody is getting their resolution on before they quit in 2 weeks and eat a gallon of Ben and Jerry's, so it was staying crowded until well after 9:00.
I walk in and there's this fat (not strong-fat like me, just phucking fat) neckbeard, his skinny friend, and his girlfriend in the squat rack. He and his skinny friend are half repping squats with weight that most lifters can barbell curl, not even 135. After about 20 minutes of watching them screw around, I go ask if they're almost done (my poverty gym only has one squat rack because it's owned by a non-lifting ****g0t). He replies, "Yeah, my girl just has to do some heavy walk out and then we're done."
I think to myself, "What the phuck is a heavy walk out?" and I expect her to at least put weight on there that will shame these two morons.
They put at 5 and a 2 1/2 on the bar and she lifts it up, stands with it, then puts it down. Then she does it again, and this goes on for like 10 minutes while silent rage built up inside me. All I wanted to do was throw dumbbells at them.☆Mcfreako Crew☆
