I was one if those guys who would go to the gym for a month, then quit for 6 months. Basically repeat that process for years and years.
I rode bmx and I've been a brick mason for the last 8 yrs.
My diet really sucked from probably the age of 16-25... If it wasn't for me being as active as I was, I'm sure I would have been a lot bigger.

I stayed away from a lot of cardio and did power lifting. Stayed with a high protein diet. I took a way different measure towards the weight loss. I know a lot of people will just do cardio and no lifting. I was trying to build and or maintain muscle thru out the whole process.

I rode street for about 8yrs. My bike was custom built. Frame, handle bars, 3 piece crank were (soild) rims were primo pro with 12 gauge spokes, kink forks, kink pegs, the sprocket I had was like the thickest one you could get, I ran a motor cycle chain on it lol. My bike was close to 40lbs. Now kids are riding super light bikes.

I feel that I don't have anyone loose skin is because I did the transformation at a slow pace, giving it the skin time to readjust to things. I also weight lifted and did very minimal cardio. I still have stretch marks on my sides, but they're now faded and not as dark.
Anything is possible. Think of all your options. I did a lot of research and trial and error in this process. Have to learn your body.
