Forgot to do conditioning. Was pretty spent by the end of this sesh anyways. RDL's was a test run at the exercise. Adding them in to help even out unilaterally. Cleans I noticed if I narrowed up my stance a bit I got more power and my feet naturally moved out into the receiving position as long as I set up properly. Felt much stronger. Solid energy today but just got super hungry at the end.Meow

ErgoBlast Final Review
Strength
My strength was decent while taking ErgoBlast. I didn't notice any crazy strength changes but at the same time I was cutting (I by no means lost strength).
Endurance
The big thing I noticed with ErgoBlast was my endurance was up. I could stay in the gym for hours with little to no crash after taking ErgoBlast. I usually only took one scoop at a time. That was a plus for me.
Taste & Mixability
Taste was pretty good. It was fruit punchish but not full on. I can't stand fruit punch but I enjoyed the flavor of ergoblast. Wasn't overly intense either like other supplements I have taken in the past. Only complain is that even with that the moisture prevention card thing didn't work. All of the mix clumped up pretty bad and made it difficult to scoop. On the other hand, when I opened the product, it was filled to the brim! Don't see that often at all with most companies.
Overall, not a bad supplement. Was hoping for a little more on the strength side but I'm not complaining.Meow
