    1 year transformation gained 25 pounds

    I was wondering if I could get a bf% estimate and if I should keep bulking or cut a little. Also I was wondering if any of my body parts are lacking.

    i think most would agree you should keep bulking but its really up to you and your goals. i personally think you could use more size all over including legs.

    Agree with the replies here, continue bulking, your bf% is not crazy at this time, just keep the bulk slow and pack on some more lean mass.

    I agree with the others...your still relatively lean probably between 11-13% body fat...you could easily put 10-15 more pounds on you before thinking about cutting.

    Awesome start. Everyone is different, but I would keep bulking. Your bf looks pretty low, I would eat as much as you possibly can and then some. Once your bf gets over 16ish% I'd start cutting.

    Thanks guys... also as for my legs they seem to be pretty stubborn. Ive tried lifting heavy with low reps (mostly deads and deep squats) for 6 months or so. When that didnt work too well I switched to more bb type leg training higher reps lower weight (doing hack squats, stiff legged deadlift, leg press, lunges etc) I was doing MI40 recently. Idk my calves are also pretty small. I was thinking of hitting legs maybe twice a week but Idk if thats over training. Do you guys got any suggestions?

    Legs twice a week is fine. I actually prefer an upper/lower split to a traditional 4-day split. Basically you'd hit upper body twice a day and lower body twice a day. Each workout is typically over an hour, but that's why I take a preworkout.

    legs twice a week is not over training, just spread it out so they have time to repair and grow. FWIW lowering the weight and really concentrating on form when squatting can help too. just a thought, it helped me, your form might be fine already tho
