I was wondering if I could get a bf% estimate and if I should keep bulking or cut a little. Also I was wondering if any of my body parts are lacking.

Thanks guys... also as for my legs they seem to be pretty stubborn. Ive tried lifting heavy with low reps (mostly deads and deep squats) for 6 months or so. When that didnt work too well I switched to more bb type leg training higher reps lower weight (doing hack squats, stiff legged deadlift, leg press, lunges etc) I was doing MI40 recently. Idk my calves are also pretty small. I was thinking of hitting legs maybe twice a week but Idk if thats over training. Do you guys got any suggestions?
