hi guys
doing strength training
already completed 5x5 for 4 weeks
been doing strength training for 3 years now but cant focus properly till now due to studies and stuff.
just cahnged my routine i meant diet wise
BODY TYPE:
100% ENDOmorph
ACHIEVEMENT:
lost weight from 118kg(OCT 2013) to 79kg (today)= 9 months
MACROSNEW DIET)
Protein 500 gm chicken boiled no salt(in 2 meals)
Carbohydrates 50-60gm Fruits(all day)
Fat none 0.5 gm from chicken
GOAL
drop bady fat to 10%(visible abs even 4 would do)
PICTURES PROGRESS
took pics on this diet for 1 week then had to stop due to a holiday restarted it again and would complete this time for 3 months.

Rest pictures from 4 days saltless protein heavy diet(EAT CLEAN ****)
ADVICE REQUIRED:
1.BODY FAT ESTIMATE(ROUGH)
2.DIET ADVICE
3.CARDIO LISS OR HIT( i just burn 450+ calories on treadmill with mix of incline,sprinint walking,INTERVAL TRAINING)
4.STRENGTH TRAINING 6 timesx week(per body part with 2 deadlifts and 2 squat 3x8 sessions) ABS as usual(HIGH,LOW crunch,Leg raises)
GUYS I KNOW LONG POST REALLY NEED THOSE ABS AND I WILL NAME EACH OF MY AB TO BIGGEST COTRIBUTOR LOL

Your diet makes no sense. You need to eat dietary fat. I think you need to read the stickies and base your diet around the advice in them.
