It's weird how some guys let themselves go at like 25-30 years old. I'm depressed as ****, and I still make sure to try to stay in decent physical shape. And I still look really young for my age at 28. I remember when I was 25, everyone at my job was just like WTF, they all thought I was like 19 or 20.

Depends on each individual.
If you take care of yourself, you'd be in your prime years all the way to your 40s. Hence so many of our generations fathers with old man strength.
If you don't give a **** about health, you're going to look older beyond your years when you hit 30-which is pathetic imo.

I'm guessing the average 30 year old looks average.

There's a lot more to peaking as a guy than raw looks. I think that if you're lucky you hit your apex of looks/money/status in that 30-50 range, but it entirely depends on the guy.

It all depends on the guy. For me in my mid-30's I am in my prime mentally and physically. In fact, I will likely be better off at 40 than I was at 30 (car accidents and surgeries suck!)

Misc always presents some male actor who has aged well as proof men age better than women. There are just as many HBB 40+ year old women. And they are just as rare. Apart from not eating or drinking to excess it's completely genetic and differs completely from person to person. Just as many men as women put on the freshman 15 and then just continue getting fat and drinking to much for the rest of their lives from that point on.
