Hey guys,
I've been a reader of this forum for quite a while now and I thought it was finally time to register.
About 3.5 months ago I decided it was time to do something about my weight. I've been doing strict Keto and it's working pretty well.
Starting weight: 135.6kg (297.6lbs)
Current weight: 105kg (231.4lbs)
I'm 183cm (6'0")
Could anyone hazard a guess as to what my BF% might be? Any other weight loss tips you may have? I've also started lifting 4 nights a week, nothing overly serious yet but I plan on hitting it hard once I get down to about 95kg.

Thanks for the positive words! I started by reading 'Keto in a Nutshell' and the Reddit Wiki FAQ.
After that I planned my first shop and just went for it. The first few days were pretty average and I didn't feel the best but I persisted and it was definitely worth it.
My diet is generally:
Breakfast
*3 slices of bacon
*Coffee with cream/cinnamon
Morning Tea
*2 slices of cheese
*50g Kabana/Salami/Turkey/Ham/Chicken Breast
Lunch
*2 hard boiled eggs
*50g salad
*50g Kabana/Salami etc
Dinner
*Steak, Kangaroo burgers, chicken wrapped in bacon, fish, mince meat with cheese (pretty much a burrito bowl)
*100% Whey protein shake
*Non starchy veggies
The only exercising I do is weight lifting Mon, Tues, Thurs and Friday. I haven't done any cardio.
