    Starting strength help

Hi, atm im on vacation, but i plan to start lifting again on SS when im back. Some months ago i noobed around with ss and got these lifts:
    Squat 80 kg.
    Dl 100 kg.
    Bench 55 kg.
    Press 35.5 kg.
Row 55 kg however i wasnt eating enough. This time ill eat plenty, but i have some noob questons first:

    1. i have several postural deficiencies from pc gaming, like kyophosis, lordosis and rounded shoulders. Can i still lift? I have a lot of buttwink on squat, but im trying to fix it.

    2. Id really appreciate it if someone would write how much is realistic to achieve on each lift, esp bench, if i bulk correctly for 6 months.

    3. if i bulk for half a year or so id prolly get a little fat. Can i be sure that im putting onmuscle, and not just fat if my lifts are going up?

    Thanks!!!

Track your nutrition and bodyweight daily. Don't guess. Track it.

Do power cleans (in other words, follow the program).

Of course you can still lift.

There is no way to tell you how much is realistic to gain, each person is different. The best way to end up with feedback on that is to start a journal/log in the journal section. Link it in this thread as well.

If you follow the program and have proper nutrition you will gain primarily muscle.

You shouldn't think so much. Quit worrying about muscular imbalances and posture, or how much you'll be lifting in six months. Just eat and lift. You'll be doing great in six months if you keep on track with the program and diet. Spend the first few weeks when you're working with lower weights to hammer out form, and the lifts are going to start skyrocketing.
