I already got given a slice of piza off supermarket by parents the other day thrn next day co workers gave me the sub way and one generous guy gave me a small cheeseburger from bk. Now today im given another ham subway is it ok to eat it now considering I had 2 cheat days this week already?

Wait, you can't have cheat meals 5 weeks out??? Dang, that's rough, I need my cheat meals once or twice a week even when 2 weeks out, but listen to your coach, and see where your physique is at. Also, don't waste your cheat meal on a 6 inch ham sub....
IMO cheat meals are fine, but Cheat DAYS are best avoided at 5 weeks especially if you are 10%BF.. suck it up, you are almost there.
