Digestive enzymes
I have a lot of bloating and constipation. Any experience relief of these symptoms from a digestive enzyme?

Literally just started using our Digestive Enzmyes less than a week ago and I already notice a huge difference. Pop one before you start eating, and you should see a big difference in bloating especially.

I use the NOW product before I eat starchy foods or big meals in general and it has made a big difference for me.

They may help, I notice if I take them with a big meal it's easier to digest.
I'd look at your diet first however and figure out which foods are causing this and avoid themFree Agent

Digestive enzymes are generally not active in the human body.
