I've always drank milk every day of my life in fact sometimes when I was bulking i would drink an entire gallon a day and I've never broken a bone. I haven't been involved in sports much though so its hard to say if its connected.

He already had a crack on his leg that he didn't know about or he was just pushing himself to play instead of recovering

When you're a high level athlete training and playing for nearly your entire life, its possible your body can only hold its own for so long.
His leg already had stress or microfractures leading up to that. Plus a guy of his size and his schedule, he should have adequate calcium and vitamin D intakeThe coming of the Manlet saviour

I found that if you have a goal, you might not reach it. But if you don't have one, then you are never disappointed. And I gotta tell ya, it feels phenomenal.

Ok, I know this is gonna piss people off. Hey, if you think I am wrong or full of it, then fine. Don't let it ruin your night.
I asked an athletic doctor who has worked on many pro athletes about that Ware guy from Louisville and why his leg snapped like that.
His answer: Steroids.
I asked the question, that's the answer I got. Believe it or not.
He said that about Ware. I haven't asked him about George yet, and I have not seen the video, nor do I want to

Honestly, I don't remember all of the specifics. Its been a while since he told me about it.
I think it had something to do with how steroids affect the bones, but I don't remember for sure.
He did tell me that that kind of break happens because of steroids and it happens more often than you think. He seemed pretty sure.
Like I said. I am not an expert. I asked an expert and that was his answer. I asked him because he is an authority on sports injuries
When I tell people that I know who also know the doctor that he said that, they just say "WOAH!"
When I post this online, people get royally pissed off.
Hey, I'm just telling you what I was told. Give you a different perspective.
You don't have to believe it.

I'd venture to say it had something to do with his leg suddenly being stopped by the stanchion and transferring the energy up his leg. It gave way at a weak point.
