Hemavol vs White Pump?

I've tried Hemavol but not WP. It seems the main difference is WP contains Betaine Anhydrous and Hemavol contains Citrulline Malate.

I'm interested in pump (obviously) but of equal importance is endurance/strength benefits.

Any thoughts?

For me- Hemavol gave more pump and White Pump gave more vascularity; those were the main things I noticed. Other than that, maybe some more endurance from Whit Pump with prolonged usage too.

The betaine in White Pump may increase max strength and provide liver benefits as well...but betaine takes time to saturate with daily use.

Only used hemevol once. Started using white pump and it's been pretty good. Nice pump and vascularity. Plus got it bogo ayyyyyy

Exactly like Vaughn said, you almost have to try both at some point and make the comparison yourself. Each one is slightly different so it's almost how your body responds and which you like better. And they both rock, so it's not like it's a waste of money in any way.

Sounds like White Pump fits what your asking for given the TMG. Also unless you're interested in Agmatine's other benefits besides pump, I would only use WP on workout days and get some bulk TMG for non workout days.

try both IMO.. both solid products. Im partial to hemavol because I love GMS as i love the increased fullness, but controlled labs makes glycergrow which I would pair with white pump all day!

I loved hemavol, it was a staple for atleast a year for me.

I decided to give white pump a try since its from one of my top 2 favorite companies. White pump is amazing. For some reason I'm a huge responder to betaine, I noticed it when I took green mag for a while. white pump gives me for strength, endurance and most importantly a rediculous pump. give it a shot

just do one or the other. white pump is just 1 scoop per workout, adding more would be wasteful

Tried both. Liked both, but prefer Hemavol. I get ridiculous pumps off one scoop of Hemavol but needed around 2 of White Pump.
