They can't. Anything outside of a WWE committment and they're clueless, and they deflect the discussion.
C.M. Punk bought his friend Joey Mercury's house so it wouldn't go into foreclosure. What has Cena done that wasn't a WWE committment that makes them certain he's such a fantastic person?

Neither do you but if you look it up the standard make a wish visit is usually a few minutes. Cena has to put no work in whatsoever. The make a wish foundation who make it happen every step of the way and travel with the kids to make sure they're comfortable and don't die are the heroes.
I'm not saying Cena is an out and out @sshole but you have to realise his image as the nicest wrestler ever is a lot of WWE koolaide.

So that's all you've got without make a wish? Stick your thumb up your @ss while thinking of Cena somewhere else kid. You need a timeout.
I wish, if he was cool or entertaining or talented he could club baby seals for all I care.
His character isn't stale after 11 years it's rancid and as long as he won't change it and continues to hog the main storyline all I can hope for is for him to leave as soon as possible.

Here's an interesting article and breakdown of 10 Ways John Cena Has Hurt the WWE Product. Burials and all.

Everyone gives him props for that as his best attribute. Beyond that.....
Tyler Reks gives Cena credit on his work ethic, but then slams his character outside of the ring, saying
“He’s a workhorse. He does incredible things for the company and he busts his butt. Outside the ring, I can’t stand the guy. He’s not a nice guy, he holds talent down. He steals ideas. He’s a prick.”,Last edited by Allers; 08-07-2014 at 03:59 PM.

In my opinion Austin is the greatest of all time but I don't think he would have been so successful if he came out in any other era, he was the epitome of the attitude era and his bad a$z ways just wouldn't fly today. Timing was perfect for him.
However I feel The Rock would have dominated just as much, if not more than Cena had he come out in the modern era of wrestling.

Conversely Cena would have probably failed in any era that had real stars in it. Vince tried to create the exact same soulless company face with Lex Luger The All American in the 90's, including the make a wish stuff and everything. Cena is just the latest incarnation. The difference is they just keep trying to force to Cena down peoples throats, having him overcome greater and more ridiculous odds pandering and brown nosing harder than anyone over 12 can stand without puking.

"...when my music came on it was like the old days, people were stood up. It was electric...I was like 'Oh my god, it still works'. Cena went on for the main event, and people started leaving.

Lol at this jkm vs allers feud. Two posters on the opposite ends of the spectrum, one is an extreme dikkrider and the other is an extreme hater. This feud will never end unless you two fight to the death in RL. Hopefully with no one left standing in the end.

Can anyone PM me a link? I could only find a brief clip that didn't show this part.
Cena is never outside of the ring.
It's not the number of lives you touch, it's HOW you touch them.
He spends his time earning money. He spends his fame earning money. Make-A-Wish is money. He is effectively paid by the WWE to do it.
What type and what proof do you refer to?
Bieber has A record though, and considering how much younger he is, how much less time he's been doing it compared to Cena, he could easily surpass it. I don't know the exact stats but let's consult the news:
August 2013: *****://ca.celebrity.yahoo.com/blogs/north-stars/justin-bieber-grants-record-breaking-200th-wish-130206210.html
February 2014: http://news.yahoo.com/blogs/trending...192554702.html says 300th wish came in June of 2013
This isn't hard for me to believe at all, it's definitely plausible.
I just get pissed off when people take it for granted as something we should just assume is the case.
This is part of the problem, we're assuming that Cena is making a bunch of long visits. For all we know they're just as short.
Even if he's giving them a solid 1/2 hour or hour, that's not hard at all. The guy's famous enough with kids that he has the pick of the sick-kid litter to fill as many gaps in the day as he likes.
Cena needs rest time, and this is active recovery. Short of wrestling more shows, this is how Cena spends his time making money, by polishing his image.
Him doing more MAW doesn't make him more moral than other WWE stars, just mroe in demand with sick kids.
More like we hate Cena being applauded for a visit which may not be long at all. I like Cena, but I hate Cena-lovers who love him for this MAW stuff. I like Cena because I respect his weightlifting and physique and taste in martial arts anime.
