    Posing help in Lake County Illinois

    Hello, I currently live in Gurnee, Illinois. I've competed in two NPC males physique competitions, and currently preparing for the Europa Fitness Expo in Phoenix, AZ. I am in desperate need of some posing training and looking for someone in my area, to help me out or a coach for hire. Was living in Phoenix were there is a surplus of competitors, but having a hard time finding people in the sport in my area. Thanks
