Almost a year and half ago I used to go gym daily. I was almost 70 kilogram, but after 6 months of hard work in the gym I stopped, I left the gym and got addicted to a video game, I played all day all night taking no care of my body and sleep routine staying awake too long. I lost almost 25 kilogram but 8 months ago I stopped playing the games and joined back the gym, I was taking normal diet(not really good but average) and after 3 months I gained 6 kilogram then the summer came and the weather here is too hot it was hard for me to train and take a good diet because I wasn't getting hungry so I stopped and left the gym again, its three months now and I haven't been to gym and I also lost 5-6 kilogram. I am thinking about joining the gym again and taking a good diet which I will do definitely but its kinda still hot here so not really a bulking season. Wanted to ask you guys for some advise
I am not really a hardgainer, I just eat only specific food like chicken, egg, potato, banana, pulses, rice, milk, malt. Things I do not eat at all are red meat (Beef, pork, mutton) No vegetable except potato and no fruit except banana.
I have never taken any kind of supplements but I am thinking about getting one, I can easily get Serious Mass and Whey Protien from a local store here. Which one of these is good for bulking and gaining weight?
Do you think eating raw eggs is a good idea or boiled one? Because I use raw eggs in my chocolate shake as post workout meal.
Ok so I want to go back to gym and gain at least 25-30 kilogram, I am willing to work hard and eat good I am also planning on doing jogging/running as a cardio.

Hit your macros and eat at a caloric surplus, if you're still not gaining, then you're not at the surplus yet and eat more! anyone can gain weight trust me, as for raw eggs; avoid it, as said it can be dangerous for reason above, as for supplement wise serious mass, although ensure foods are your priority to your diet instead of supps
