Obviously I'm cutting.
I have been eating 2500 calories a day for the past three days and to be honest I'm hungry all the time lol and can't see myself going lower w/o losing my chit.
Is 2500 calories reasonable given my stats in your opinion?
Thanks.

IIFYM Calculator:
http://iifym.com/iifym-calculator/
Your BMR is:
1838
Calories/Day
Your TDEE is:
2527
Calories/Day
With Exercise 3x/week
I'm close to your stats doing a PSMF and cutting on less than 1000 calories per day. Been doing this for a little over 3 months.
If I can cut on that, you can easily drop your calories and survive.
The real question is, how bad do you want it?Only Those Who Risk Going Too Far Can Possibly Find Out How Far One Can Go

Thanks. I plugged my accurate numbers into that calc given my age and workout range and it's saying I need at most, 2300 cals a day on a cut. FML.
You're right though. gotta do it I guess. I just thought I could eat more.
PSMF is next-level. Grats on your progress thus far. Has your test levels gone to chit?

Hey Phoenix, nice to see you again. Been awhile.
I've done PSMF several times and it's not meant to be sustainable.
I'm still working on the lifestyle issues of fitness and nutrition, but for me, extreme cuts get me much more fired up to go than doing it slow and steady.
I hope the OP follows a more reasonable cut, but unfortunately I'm wired pretty black and white when it comes to my thinking, diet and fitness included.Only Those Who Risk Going Too Far Can Possibly Find Out How Far One Can Go

Don't forget the second half of the weight loss equation. (Calories out). You can cut on 2500 calories if your willing to do some cardio with your lifting or simply increase your activity levels.
If that's not your cup o tea, look at the foods your choosing to eat. IIFYM is awesome an sustainable but eating some bro food really helps keep you full. Egg whites, broccoli, and chicken breast are super filling for very few calories. My Reverse Diet Log
