    Good Pre Workout that doesnt cause bloating?

    A few weeks ago I got neurocore pre workout, most pre workout I've had. It works like for the 10 minutes, then it has crash with bloating. You feel likr **** with the crash and bloating. Whats a good powerful pre workout without bloating problems?

    Pwos effect people in different ways. So someone might have a crappy experience with one while other people can have the opposite reaction.

    I have not used neurocore, possibly a reaction to yohimbe?

    Some of my favorite pre workouts, which I have never experienced bloating from.

    ErgoBlast currently b1g1! very strong energy/focus and pump.

    Some other favorites - Neurosurge 3.0, Game Day and White Flood Reborn.

    Every Pre-workout will affect a person diffrently based off the profile and ingredients.
    My best guess would be to start with a lower stim (i dont know if the amount of stims had a problem) or if you handled them fine such as a c4, volt, or Psycho (around 100mg a serving) and then venture into higher stims (Presurge, WFR, Core Fury).

    but really it will be hit or miss, it could be a specific ingredient that you do not respond well too.

    Some people find that the continued use of stimulants caused them to bloat, as odd as it sounds I've heard a lot of reports about that. For others, it's creatine. As others have said, people respond so vastly different to these different products and ingredients that it's hard to make a fool proof recommendation.

    What kind of bloating problem? That's pretty unusual and probably related to how you took it (i.e. how recently you ate, how much water, etc)
