Logging Application
- Your current workout routine: I am currently doing a mix of low repetition strength worked combined with hypertrophy training. My current training program during M-W-F consists of starting with a compound lift (squats/deadlift/bench) in the 4-8 rep range for 5-7 sets. I will then move on to isolation exercises with rep ranges anywhere from 10-20. On Tuesday/Thursday I work shoulders and arms and focus and follow similar principles of starting off with low rep/heavy sets before increasing my reps as the workout goes on.
- How often you train a week: I train 5 days a week. My current split is as follows:
M-Legs
T-Shoulders
W-Back
Th-Arms
Fr-Chest
Cardio is done 3 days a week via HIIT completed at end of workout.
- Why we should choose you: I am currently focusing on increasing my strength and size through compound movements so this logging opportunity lines up perfectly with my current goals. Pro-Mera Con-Cret is one of my "go to" supplements and this is a wonderful opportunity to try out some of their other products and share the experience with others.

Lol I was just thinking that exact same thing. We are going to keep our eyes out for the people who are posting ridiculous increases in weights over a short span of time.
Anyways, are you interested in logging? You would be more then welcome to be a part of my team if you are not already doing a log bro.Free Agent

this is a great opportunity for sone gainz!!! Only problem I see is... I workout 4-5 times week and at 2 scoops of pump preworkout & 2 scoops of con-crete (1 in morning shake and 1 preworkout) id only be able to log 3 weeks... I dont think that would be fair to you guys.

I need to be allowed a two week grace period from the time the product ships till the time the log starts. Promera has been literally the only company to stipulate an immediate start of the log upon arrival and because of that condition, I have yet to actually get an opinion on any of your products.

I understand that not all companies do this and some allow other products to be ran during their logs, but these guidelines have been implemented and used since 2010 for loggers and continued to be used for all logs, allowing an additional 2 weeks wouldn't be fair to the other loggers due to the fact that their is a prize involved. Is the reason that you are not able to open them for another two weeks is because you are currently in a logging commitment, or travel plans.. i tried sending you a PM but your inbox is currently full

I'm down with team HUGE!
My training- currently I am doing a workout that consists of push, pull, or leg days between 4-8 exercises per group. The first week is to find an 8 rep maximum weight for each exercise and log it, every following week for a month I do the same weight but push out one more rep per week for example bench pressing 185 for 8 the first week you would aim for 185 for 9 the second week, 185 for 10 the third week and so on. The program is calling for 3 days of lifting 2 days of rest repeat your previous schedule. The next phase of the program involves more isolation movements after using a compound lift for your first exercise, and doing a drop set on the last set of every exercise. This training split for this portion is day 1: back, hamstrings, calves
Day 2; shoulders,triceps,abs
Day3:quads, flutes, calves
Day 4:chest, biceps, abs
The rep ranges vary on each exercise of this phase
How many days do you workout a week?- 4-6 days
Why should you choose me? Because I have only ever tried ProMera sports products once, and although it tasted great I would like to see how well the products work for me. So make a believer out of me ProMera and I'll try my best to give you my greatest results!
