    Cardio

All cardio does is burn calories right? So why even run and do that hard work when you can just consume less calories??

    Cardio is pointless

From a mathematical perspective, you are absolutely correct. If you really are 15 you are one step ahead of people twice your age who cant figure that out lol.
If someone wants to do cardio, they should have a goal for it like to be able to run a certain distance, not just do it mindlessly for calorie use.
There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

Cardio is also good for increasing your deficit, or allowing you to eat a little more while maintaining a deficit.

Depends on what you're doing it for. If it's strictly for losing weight, you're right; however, there are plenty of other benefits like heart health, lung capacity, blood pressure, etc that you won't get if you aren't raising your heart rate for a period of time.
