    sup brahs..going out of town

    going out of town on a work related trip and won't have access to a gym. I would be doing workout B of icf 5x5, I did workout A yesterday. So should I just do day B today since I can lift or just wait until Friday?

    if you feel you can handle it, yeah go for it. then do A when you get back friday

    take the weekend off though

    Hammies are sore but I can push through the deadlifts, don't know if I can squat 2 days in a row, increasing the weight every workout. fuarrk
