    Going out of town

    ^ title..going out of town on a work related trip and won't have access to a gym. I would be doing workout B of icf 5x5, I did workout A yesterday. So should I just do day B today since I can lift or just wait until Friday?

    then do workout A on sunday? I feel like I can do all of the lifts except squats. hamstrings are somewhat sore

    yup, then you can return to your normal schedule. So if Tu-Th-Sat, go A on sunday then B on tues

    then just take the weekend off after friday and you're good, you're still training at a fairly high frequency if you only do an A and B workout in a week
