I think the key to getting dick skin shredded is drinking lots of water + IF. Brb drank 2+ gallons today and ain't even hungry. Brb only ate 900 cal. Brb dick skin.

love it! i myself wont be cutting my cardio down at all while bulking. i actually might even be doing more with the extra energy. as of right now i feel like poo and just do what i got to do to finish my workouts and walk the dog

nah I'm usually at 2k. I just haven't been hungry today and figure I might as well bank the calories. I've been averaging like 1lb. per week for the last couple months. Even last cut I had to lower my calories like crazy to get down real lean. Last cut was the leanest I've ever been
