After like 4 months I finally recieved my clothes back from AUS!!!! So many aesthetic clothes I forgot I owned. It's like Xmas again. Can't wait to rock dis gym gear

Well today marked the beginning of my bulk, but I am going to be more careful about it this time. I never did a progressive bulk where I stuck to a routine and increased weight. So I think with this new knowledge I will be able to utilise my bulk properly. Any tips that I should use going from a cut to a bulk?

Look up reverse dieting. It's basically slowly increasing your calories to the point where you're at maintenance so you don't put on much fat and build your metabolism back up. Then bulking from there should be easy

You think you had it bad? I went on a huge clothes spending spree in June 2013. My mom spent over $2k on pants and shirts. They were all size 36/8 waist. Now my waist is 30.5 inches.

This, I went from 176 to 172 during my reverse diet going from 1800 to 2500 calories over about 3-4 weeks

Can't wait to be 165 I weigh in today, only thing that sucks is I'm working in a foreign country and can't count cals. Doing the best eye balling 185 last week hoping for 182-183 this week.

Do you guys do cardio daily along with weight training or on off/separate days? I've been cutting back on cardio in fear of too much muscle loss but the fat has been so resistant to just lowering calories.

I'm thinking of increasing it beginning this week to compensate. Would an hour 3x/wk be too much? That's a third of a typical ride when not weight training.

Just do cardio after lifting. Think of it as insta-fat loss...even though it means you'll probably become a crossfit un-lifting looking ******* under un-favored lighting (i crie)
