Think I've found the solution to my gas/bloating/constipation problem; actually chew my food instead of binging it all down within 30 minutes like some sort of a pig.
Anyway, this week sucked in terms of cutting progress; feeling bloated, depleted and small at the same time, as if all my results were flushed down the toilet in less than a week.
Could be because I tried going very low carb, it worked hella great for 4 weeks but maybe this 5th week was just too much.
Felt very energetic these past couple of days though, that's kinda strange."I don't mean perfection as far as a visual image of perfection. I mean, "perfection" to me is, I walk away from a situation and say, "I did everything I could do right there. There was nothing more that I could do." I was a hundred percent, like the meter was at the top. There was nothing else I could have done. You know? Like, I worked as hard as I possibly could have. That's perfection."

yeah i try and tell myself to chew my food but i just shove it down my throat. lol. i will try and chew my food slowly.but idgaf. cause we freaks.
so many feels. this is what ive been doing for awhile. binge, work off the binge, then binge again. its a never ending cycle and i wanted to end that cycle this cut. so once i get done with this cut, ill increase cals slowly and then work my way into a surplus and try to make some gains. and not always be in a defecit.
feels like hope man.

Last bulk I done slipped and decided to just jump into it without being at a happy bodyfat . This time I'm goin for half a pound a week or less . Also I'm hoping that as I raise cals slowly I will loose the cravings to binge. I don't recall binging on my last bulk so it's the deficit that's doin it to me. We're all human doe. I haven't binged on this cut yet. I'm also going to focus on weekly total cals a little more than daily

i mean i had the intention of reversing my last cut but it ended right when the holidays came around i was just like ill binge for the holidays is start cutting jan 1st. then i ended up spinning my wheels with binging from jan-may until i decided i was sick and tired of being controlled by food and finally took control.
i am mentally stronger and my view of food as comfort is different. sure there may be urges here and there but i just gotta trust myself and understand that i cannot binge anymore and am not happy when i do it. it may feel good for a couple minutes but the guilt and disgust last a whole lot longer then the 5 minutes of glory do.

I like this man! Yes it's not worth it in the end. But it's more than just cravings when it comes to binge eating. You get that increased heart rate and mental fuzziness. It's almost out of your control sometimes. I've caught myself recently I just leave sight of food and listen to my Beats. It helps.. but that's funny man I did the same thing . I always rush the RD but this year after my vacation in September I'm getting to a BF that I'm comfortable with and gonna go SLOW with the RD. Idc if I have to cut for another year I AM NOT BULKING until I'm happy this time. Bulking last winter was just me wanting to eat more and more. Calories are just a number anyways ..

for a while i actually frequented the ED support thread in the nutrition section. actually really helped. my best advice is to come up with a plan once you feel you want to binge, because we all know that you can't stop once it's begun. my plan is: 1. throw the food out 2. leave the kitchen/room with food. 3. go take a walk with some tune 4. hit up some close friends and see if they can hangout
getting yourself out of the environment where you want to binge and surrounded by people is often the key. binging is almost always done out of boredom, and no one wants to binge in front of a bunch of people.*SCC*
