it's great too because she's prepping for a show in 4 weeks and she didn't have 1 single thing to drink or eat which meant that i didn't have to spend a DIME! LOL

as you guys can probably guess, i'm a little buzzed. well, moderately buzzed. i have dance moves and i danced in one venue and got the party started. a few different girls came up to me and tried to get me to dance with them but i politely declined saying i was with a date.

we talked a lot about our pasts, plans of the future, and likes/dislikes over dinner (Well, i ate boneless wings while she sipped on water w/ lemon.)

i'm gonna skip all the important significant other details in between, but when she dropped me off at home we had a heavy make out session. things are good. i'm definitely going to pursue this girl. i like her. if i didn't like her, i would have pushed for her to come back inside and ****ed her. which is what i have done many times in the past. i've been the reckless **** and ****ed pussy. not cool. not fun. no future. so, basically i had a great time and we have similar interests and we're going to start a youtube channel and i'm going to help her get her pro card (she's already an NPC nationally qualified bikini competitor).

not really. i eat 2300 cals. around 230 carbs, 200 protein, 65 fat. i get around 40-60g fiber depending on how much veggies/oats i eat.

i also drink close to 5 gallons of water a day. and piss a lot. so im never really bloated per say. my body has adapted to the amount of water i consume so i can chug a gallon of water and be fine, but id chit out watery poops if i chug too much in one time.

some days i poop a lot more and some days i dont. its all matter of cutting. and trusting the defecit

Think I've found the solution to my gas/bloating/constipation problem; actually chew my food instead of binging it all down within 30 minutes like some sort of a pig.

Anyway, this week sucked in terms of cutting progress; feeling bloated, depleted and small at the same time, as if all my results were flushed down the toilet in less than a week.

Could be because I tried going very low carb, it worked hella great for 4 weeks but maybe this 5th week was just too much.

Felt very energetic these past couple of days though, that's kinda strange.

Also I'm hoping that as I raise cals slowly I will loose the cravings to binge. I don't recall binging on my last bulk so it's the deficit that's doin it to me. We're all human doe. I haven't binged on this cut yet. I'm also going to focus on weekly total cals a little more than daily

for a while i actually frequented the ED support thread in the nutrition section. actually really helped. my best advice is to come up with a plan once you feel you want to binge, because we all know that you can't stop once it's begun. my plan is: 1. throw the food out 2. leave the kitchen/room with food. 3. go take a walk with some tune 4. hit up some close friends and see if they can hangout

getting yourself out of the environment where you want to binge and surrounded by people is often the key. binging is almost always done out of boredom, and no one wants to binge in front of a bunch of people.
