Well got my cardio in this morning before work. das it.
guys if you binged/ate over cals, dont try to reduce intake today. live and learn. youre just gonna open the floodgates to binge again. just my opinion.

i can confirm i was wheel spinner.
so gaines i have 7 days left of my cut. this is my plan to RD; i'm taking it slow. srs.
-every sunday will be refeed day on how i feel mentally/physically. basically low fat/high carbs around the cals ill be at.
-add 15g carbs every week for 3 weeks then every 4th week add 5g carbs
-drop cardio by 5 minutes every week
will be RDing for 8-12 weeks
going to start your sheiko/hypertrophy program on the 11.

its true. but always come close to proton requirements. i got pretty pretty fukked up on the sweet leaf last night though. came home and grubbed a jimmy johns sandwich, a huge proton cake i should post a pic of said cake, was enormous. then 2 peanut butter, honey, and banana sandwichs. so starting today im back to going hard again this whole week.
had an interdasting convo last night with some peeps. luckily one other dude was aware and could back me up. awared them on carbs being the most anabolic macro. girls like, why does my coach have me on low carb days then....i was like cuz he is dumb.

i know people itt will probably laugh at it but i want to take it slower than normal. just to get the cardio down to a minimum and cal intake up slowly. once the cardio is pretty much done ill slowly go into a surplus.
i plan on competing in spring 2015 right around my graduation. will be two fold. be shredded for graduation with more mass.
im probably going to look my best when the RD is over. ill be fuller.

Yeah take it slow so the shreds are easier next year. Doing the same thing, although I'm not even going to really be bulking until mid-October.
Can't wait though, I already started making plans for October that include lots of food and beer. lol I'll be at the bar with my Patriots fan club every Sunday for the games. And the bish from the other night wants to bring me to some Renaissance fair thing that has tons of food and booze. Then a bunch of us are going kings dominion for Halloween. Will be in beginning of my bulk by then.

Honestly bro it's sunday bumday I'll be just fine on 1.2k cals. I'm doin cardio as I write this . 60 min gonna do. Then 20 minute abs. This is usually my only rest day but whatever . Alcohol is a depressant this is what I gotta do to feel better. It won't lead to another binge for me. I don't even call last night a binge I just got hammered easy cause I only had under 600 cals in me before I started drknking. I just ate a lot. 2k cals around . A binge for me is 6k+ in a sitting and keep eating for a day or 2 later like that.

Cutting forever crew...have a bad knee injury so I can't squat, so whats the point of eating in maintenance or above...
Also been working strict ring muscle ups and free standing handstand push ups. Its the opposite of progressive overload as I get lighter it gets easier, but I am getting good at them. Haven't DL'd or squatted in two weeks due to knee. Might take one last week off them attempt to restart with some knee flexion. Hoping it goes well!M.S.
