How do you like the Wendlers program? I used it a long time ago to get my bench up a little bit. My nutrition was all screwed up which is prob why i didnt see any gainz
are you trying to bring up your back? any particular reason you only hit push muscles once a week and pull twice?
I hit everything twice a week but on the 2nd push or pull day i do different excersizes. Ex, one pull day is rowing type stuff and one is vertical movements. One push is upper chest oriented, one is shoulder pressing oriented. This been my basic split since starting my cut in late MayMy 70LB+ Weight Loss Pics - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=163257811

Ya but the arms/calves/abs days arent too intense brotha. How long you in the gym for? like an hour and a half?
i figured that . And yes i only hit legs and abz once a week myself
cereal, bagels, pasta, rolls, chips, crackers are some of my favs. if you have a frozen yogurt place nearby hit that up dude. Be safe tho. I get so carried away with those toppings
brb 3k calorie yogurt, white chocolate syrup hnnnnnggMy 70LB+ Weight Loss Pics - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=163257811

at 5'7 how much do you think you have to cut down to to be at 10%?
im currently cutting as well, ended bulk at 166 , now at 154 after almost 3.5 months (not including 1 month of reverse)
i think i have to go down to 145 at 5'6. realized im currently not meant to be hovering over 160When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that being shredded was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘shredded’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life.

Has anyone ITT tried doing shorter cut/bulk cycles like say 6-8 weeks bulking then 2 weeks cutting repeat? I would like to stay fairly lean all year round and I feel like shorter more frequent cuts would enable you to go a lot harder and be more efficient about it when you do it?
Note that by shorter bulk/cut cycles I don't mean 3 days of cutting then 2 days of frogteching and repeatShreds > cheats

Age 25... Not a Grampa lol
Well your approach should probably be the same regardless of the type of injury. Deload and rest. Make sure you thoroughly warm up. Maybe do lighter weights, avoid certain exercises while it's healing. If it's no getting better though you should consider seeing a sports Dr or similar. You should be seeing some improvement with rest etc.
