Train 2X / day 4 MISS cardio of 45mins + 2 HIIT of 20mins , 200+ lbs on stage , also every active during day ... carbs not that high lol
Also your refeed isnt meant to go over your calories , but rather "fill" you up

Just lol @ refeeding at 20%. Da fuk. Unless youve been dieting for awhile then sure but i wouldnt even think about a refeed until you reach 15 and thats pushing it.

Just quit lifting for the past 3/4 weeks, work and running a business has taken over.
Can anyone recommend a routine that I can do while cutting a little weight which will keep my workouts as short as possible? Thinking about lean gains routine.

I've never actually bought a pre-workout, I've just lived off free samples
I ordered like $5 of caffeine (and nothing else) from some company online and they ended up sending me somewhere between 30-40 free samples of preworkout along with it. Been slowly working on that pile since then lul
