Checking in. Have actually followed this thread since volume 1 (srs). Motivated me through my first cut two years ago. Strong lurker, could've been an OG member if I posted. Have 3 more weeks of cutting, then holidays. Avi taken about 5 mins ago in dat lighting.

Cheers brah, chest has always been a strong point and as long as I'm benching heavy (relative), still got cutting to do. Sitting at 200lbs at 6'5" at maybe 10-12% if I was to put a number to it. Would probably need to get to sub 190 to be happy. Feels light/skinny man.

NOVA guys, the place is in Alexandria. It's a small little place but it's good and pretty fast too. Not a single Balkan chick was seen though.

fuuuuuuuuuu! Mirin' hard - made it look easy too lol. I still have you by 4 lbs (ty based 20kg vs 45 lbs plates)... but I only did 1 rep (and I'm nowhere near that now). So you win. Again In4 82.5kg next week.

i personally think more often than not competitors mess up their sodium.... ''carbs didn't fill me up'' isn't really a valid excuse when you're carb loading throughout 2-3 days with a total of 2 pounds of carbs
