Bic tried making pens designed specifically for woman, saying it better fits their hands, etc.
Ellen uses sarcasm to display the idiocy of this idea, with an emphasis on the inequality between men and woman
"They're pens just for ladies. I know what you're thinking...its about damn time. Where have our pens been?"
"They come in both lady colours, pink and purple"
"I was reading the back of the package...I mean I had a man read to me the back of the package"
"The worst part is, they don't come with any instructions...so how do they expect us to learn how to write with them?"
