Quick on the go high calorie cheap foods.

When i'm at work I obviously can't be eating the whole time so 6 meals a day isn't convenient. Is there any cheap, quick high calorie foods I could eat while working? Cause I don't want to lose those valuable nutrient while working.

    Thanks in advance.

I do instant oats and a little whey protein at work. Since instant is pretty much cooked already its pretty slamable with a shaker cup.

If theres a fridge bring a few sandwiches

Nuts and dried fruit can pack in calories, and they're tasty too

There is no reason to eat 6 times a day unless of course you prefer to and it fits your schedule. But in this case it doesn't.

You could always eat before or after work. Or eat the above mentioned foods or whatever food you want during work when you have time if you want.
