When i'm at work I obviously can't be eating the whole time so 6 meals a day isn't convenient. Is there any cheap, quick high calorie foods I could eat while working? Cause I don't want to lose those valuable nutrient while working.

Bagels, any good bagel is 350cal/piece, and makes one hell of a sandwich!... Blueberry bagel or Cinnamon Raisin with PB on it!

There is no reason to eat 6 times a day unless of course you prefer to and it fits your schedule. But in this case it doesn't.
You could always eat before or after work. Or eat the above mentioned foods or whatever food you want during work when you have time if you want."There is no reason to be alive if you can't do deadlift"
