Hey Misc, thought I would share my transformation for any of you guys that might have questions or happen to give a chit.
EDIT: Wow, I'm taken by the amount of support from you guys. Really appreciate it, misc. <3 For the doubters I will upload some more pics that showcase my usual condition more accurately as the photos uploaded are 1-3 days out comp.
Cliffs:
-OP is skinny gamer with no self confidence
-cleans up act in attempt to be more social
-friends invite OP to gym, get hooked
-OP gets motivated and makes big changes in 4 years with even bigger future plans
Circa 2010; I was about 140lbs, spent majority of my time playing video games (runescape,COD, World of Warcraft etc.) and lived off of granola bars and fishy crackers srs.
I had extremely low confidence, hardly had any friends and NEVER talked to girls at school.
In my Senior year of high school I decided I was going to make a change, I bought all new clothes, whitened my teeth and got an actual decent looking haircut..
My confidence grew and i became a little more social, some of my friends invited me to the gym and I wad immediately hooked. I cleaned up my diet and started training every day!
After about 2 years I decided to start competing..

4 years later, I'm a certified personal trainer, part owner of a business (hockey shop), have a girlfriend and am representing my province at the Natural Nationals in 2 weeks!
My transformation didn't happen over night and it certainly wasn't easy, but it is possible. I have set new goals for myself; I want to go back to University, grow my business and get my Pro Card as a natural competitor.

Thanks, currently doing Wendler's 5/3/1 split with added hypertrophy movements each day. Its been working really well.
Shoulders were my biggest weak point in my physique so I typically hit them every three days with some volume exercise to make sure they don't flatten out, wide grip upright row also seemed to help quite a bit.
