Skipping second rest day on fullbody routine

I'm currently doing a fullbody 3x week routine. so on the weekend i have two rest days, i was wondering if it would be harmful if i skipped the second rest day. So i be doing 7 workouts in a 2 week period instead of 6. I always feel recovered on the second rest day. thanks for any responces

The rest days are there for a reason. Be careful manipulating a routine set up that has worked for millions of people.

That being said, only you know your body. If you honestly feel like that second rest day is a waste of time that could be put to use training, try it out. Just listen for the signs that your body may give in regards to overtraining.

Oh my gosh guys... There's nothing wrong with that. If you feel good, go for it. Manipulate the program to fit YOU and YOUR GOALS, not the goals of the thousands of people the program was designed for. They give you an outline, you take the outline and make it better for you. If you're a noob, you better be following the plan to a teet, but if you know what you're doing, go for it.
