If there are thousands of people who have cured cancer, heart disease, diabetes etc WITHOUT drugs or conventional treatment but still CONTINUE to eat meat, dairy and oil and are perfectly healthy and disease free 5+ years later then SHOW ME THEM.
UNTIL you provide me with these cases then I can't give your views on this subject any value, you are completely wasting everyones time here by talking complete and utter bull chit.
The body needs to be in optimal health to defeat these chronic diseases, a plant based diet provides this. Eating meat dairy and oil does not.
IT IS SIMPLE LOGIC. OPEN YOUR MINDS. its not a matter of who's opinion is right and wrong its a matter of RESULTS and what SAVES PEOPLE'S LIVES.

What does any of this have to do with optimal health and defeating disease?
Why waste your time writing this post? I didn't say we can't consume it and still be alive. Even though more and more studies show that its the ****ing meat and dairy that make us sick in the first place. Its called brainwashing and social conditioning and making the big boys money.

I get about 4-5000 calories in per day. I used to use cron-o-meter to calculate my food but because I'm confident in it now I don't need to.
Bodybuilding isn't important to me, I don't want to be huge... everyone on here keeps saying I'm a skeleton etc but I couldn't give a fuk. I used to be a skinnyfat, unhealthy wreck. I'm more than happy with myself now.
Before someone tells me to get "off bodybuilding.com", this is the misc, for general subjects, I'll remain here If I want.

Better pumps, more dense muscle, fat loss is faster, skin is better, energy levels better, digestive tract is clean most of the time, no bloating for the most part unless crazy carb load. Bro science crew checking in. Don't care what science says, I've seen bro science work time and time again.
Eating clean does not mean eating lean.
I still use processed foods like pb and protein powders. And when I have a high carb day I eat cookies/cake **** like that post workout, all other meals, are eggs/chicken/fish/lean steak prepped from raw, veggies, and my fats come from nuts/olive, coconut, canola oil.
I'm lactose intolerant, and I think milk slows digestion by coating intestines so I don't really eat too much dairy.
Just my .02 op take it for what you will.

Lol at using dailymail to back your claims. Did you even read the article? The average person followed consumed 56 grams of fruit. That's a lot different than 20 fukimg bananas.
Plant based diet with some fruit is very healthy, no doubt. But 20 fukimg bananas and other fruits a day is NOT good.Balls dangle lower than my dick crew

I am a farmer (srs) and know plenty of people who have serious integrity about how they raise their animals. I'm sure there's tons of farms that ignore their certification, but they'd be running a huge risk. A big reason why commercially raised animals need so much chit in their system is because the conditions are awful to begin with. A relatively happy animal is 100% of the time going to produce a superior product. And yes, it's been shown it can be done on a larger scale.

It was a study by the university of Adelaide. Who gives a fuk what newspaper prints it. They said gorging on fruit is best. They wouldn't have made that the stand out thing of the study if it wasn't true.
Why didn't you respond to my replies?
You said fruit wasn't a plant and completely disregarded the fact I eat vegetables and rice etc. You're talking chit.

no
a few years back I did an experiment in which I ate nothing but mcdoubles and fries/ other fast food to fit my macros for 3 months straight
then I switched to lean chicken breast, veggies, and brown rice, fitting the same macros as the fast food period
muscle gain/fat gain was the same for both 3 month periods
