    I need help choosing between Universal Nutrition's Animal Stak or Pak

    Hi im 6ft 3 around 205 15 percent body fat

    Currently taking
    Musclepharm combat
    Musclepharm Creatine
    Arnold Iron Pump
    Optimum Nutrition BCAA

    Looking to add something in Im trying to go for heavier weights and would like some input on the Pak or Stak. If you have any suggestions on other things I can take I would be open to listen. Thanks!
