I don't even know if I have gyno as I've never got it confirmed by a doc and my nipples never feel sensitive or have hard lumps under them but I know something isn't right with this chit on my chest and normal guys don't usually have aerolas size of pepperonis. Been ruining my life ever since I've been fat which has been since age of 13 about, I'm around 5'11 and 230 - 240 range, I haven't weighed in ages so not sure exact weight. I was hesitant to even post this pic in the misc because I'm so damn ashamed of them and looking at picture just makes them seem 1000x worse. I'm currently in a 500 calorie deficit for about 2 months now + lifting and cardio 3 - 4 times a week. I won't talk to a surgeon or doc until I get down to proper weight and see if they are still going to phuck up my life because I've heard surgery alone costs $7k at a well known surgeon office.
How bad do you guys think it'll be once I get my bf down to 15 or lower

To be honest it is pretty bad, i have some gyno but not to that level and mine is from puberty so i feel your pain about how it sucks
around 25% of men actually have gyno so it is not a super uncommon thing, most just cannot notice it because of their fat
i suggest trying to hit 10% bf, 15% is a good spot but it is still enough fat that if you are likely to store fat there that it will still look bad
after you hit 10% then i would look at how it looks and how you feel
are your man parts at least average?hi my name is john i am 5'2" 175lbs and trying to get aesthetic
squat: 225
bench:185
deadlift: 245

Agree on the cutting first
If you are prone to stretch marks (which it seems you are) start applying cocoa butter everyday before you lift and it will help prevent the new ones you would ultimately get as you lose more weight and start to put on muscle mass. I have them at the top of my arms and delts but have not got new ones since starting this process about 3 months ago. For exisitng ones I use bio oil & retin-a but ultimately time will be what fades exisitng ones
