    Would like to see the study on this,its very interesting.
    I like to do neck work and any added benefits would be a plus.

    This seems odd. I've seen lots of guys with small necks and large arms and lots of guys with large necks and small arms. I guess they haven't heard of this hypothesis yet. I'd like to see the studies that show this isn't all just a correlation fallacy because it sure smells like it. Correlation is not causation.

    Yeah you are correct . There are numerous studies showing that individuals with thicker (in terms of musculature) necks are more prone to sleep apnea.
