Please help me out to make a stack out from the supplement I mention.
I want to loose bodyfat and maintain my muscle.

Keep the protein, keep the creatine, bin everything else. You don't need any of it inless you train fasted then you need the bcaas

Thank you everybody, thank you for reply. So, what about losing bodyfat% ? I am dieting clean, and already lost some pounds and hopefully it was fat.
I need to get Lean and Hard like a bodybuilder :P

Yes, I am taking Beef Protein because I become a Christian two years ago and I eat like a Christian.
I don't have any problem with Beef or Chicken. And I am taking Beef protein because I can't get Beef at restaurant here or at any of the Meat shop. I think you know little bit about India
