Age 28, Height 6.2", Weight 225 Pounds, around 20%BF.

Flaxseed Oil

Please help me out to make a stack out from the supplement I mention.
I want to loose bodyfat and maintain my muscle.

For protein the syntha 6 is a great product u will need the flax seed oil for omega 3 but as for amino acids u want a 3:2:1 ratio ( leucine, isoleucine, valine) for the best results
