Sup guys! This is my transformation over the last three years!

I first began lifting with the football team at school. The coaches had us do compound lifts and I was unaware at the time, but compound lifts set the foundation for my physique! I eventually fell in love with weightlifting but my time with the football team was short. I was off on my own and I had to learn the rest. I researched workout programs and was on the "bro split". My diet was horrible. I always thought I was eating enough, but I wasn't. It was all trial and error while learning more about the gym. It wasn't until last year, I began to track my calories and learned about IIFYM. I switched over to a PUSH/PULL/LEG split with an additional day for accessory work.
