Apparently I learned how to properly train my triceps to grow and ive been working much harder on them is it possible to grow them to proportion whilst I cut for the upcoming comp

typically no.. unless you have unreal genetics.. bust still even in that case.. if you have weak areas that means u have struggled to make them grow up until this point.. and if you haven't been able to get them to grow while in a caloric surplus it's is unlikely it will happen in a deficit
often ppl think they are adding size to weak area due to losing bf.. my chest is horrible but when i'm lean it looks decent because my waist is small.. when i'm bulked and fat it looks terrible again.. many would believe my chest "is growing" while dietingInstagram: thomas_poucher

aw damn that suks :/ i always had a hard time building triceps but biceps were always easy to grow
that sucks so much because tricep is key to big arms and i have good bicep genetics instead lol
one more question is it possible to grow your good body parts if you changed your training methods a bit?
this is the first two sessions i had with a trainer
and i have changed a few things up, i never used a trainer before because i am poor,YES
