Can ALCAR + Citicoline be taken everyday w/o tolerance buildup

^^ title. Can ALCAR and citicoline (CDP choline) be taken everyday without a tolerance buildup?

Can these somewhat be substituted for caffeine/stims? I may take a stim break and was thinking this could help but I don't want to build a tolerance to them

They won't replace stimulants but they can help you with focus. Not so much a tolerance, but it's going to take a week or two until you really start to notice full benefits.

It'd depend on how much of either was in there I suppose... Really nootropics can be found pretty cheap in bulk whether it's powder or pills. If you really want CDP-Choline and AlCar to shine you're gonna want to do something like 1g AlCar and 300-500mg CDP Choline two times a day. CDP is on the expensive side though. Choline Bitartrate or Citrate being the cheaper options, Alpha GPC being the best option but most expensive of the choline forms.

Yeah I've looked into ALCAR and it's pretty cheap, less the $0.20 a day even at 2g. I haven't been able able to find much Choline, but I'll look into it a bit more. I was leaning towards ALCAR due to it's relatively cheap cost, and it seems to be pretty heavily praised for what it does. Thanks for the input.

Daily dosing is going to be much more effective over time. Stick with that.
