    MRI Multi = VitaJym?

    Hi everyone!
I've just noticed that Vita Jym multi is quite similar to the MRI Athlete Multi Tri-System.

    Equals:
    Vitamin E
    Riboflavin
    Niacin
    Vitamin B6
    Folate
    Vitamin B12
    Biotin
    Pantothenic Acid
    Iodine
    Molybdenum
    Nickel
    Vanadium
    Bioperine

Differences in form (but equals quantities):
VITA JYM MRI Athlete Multi Tri-System
    Thiamin: as mononitrate as Hydrochloride
Iron: as ferrous fumarate as Ferrous Sulfate
Selenium: as sodium selenate as Selenium Amino Acid Complex
Copper: as copper gluconate as Cupric Sulfate
Manganese: as manganese gluconate as Manganese Chelate
Chromium as chromium picolinate as Chromium Polynicotinate
    potassium as citrate as Chloride
    boron as chelate as Citrate

Differences in form AND in quantity:
VITA JYM MRI Athlete Multi Tri-System
    Vitamin K: MK-7, MK4 120 mcg as Phytonadione 2,000 mcg

    Differences in quantity:
VITA JYM MRI Athlete Multi Tri-System
    Vitamin A: 10.000IU 25.000IU
    Vitamin C: 250 mg 1g
    Phosphorus: --- 700mg
    Silica 2 mg ---
    D3 --- 2000iU
    Calcium --- 600mg
    ZMA --- yesl (300mg Mag, 20mg Zinc, 7mg B6)

About the differences in form, Vita JYM is much better on vitamin K2. About the rest, I sincerely don't know.
About the quantities, phosphorus was left out of Vita JYM, which is great. And Vita JYM has Silica.
MRI Multi has ZMA, D3 and Calcium in separate capsules, which is awesome (Jym suggests supplementing with these), and adds up more $14 compared to Vita Jym.

Well, just thought this is quite curious.

Does anyone know if the forms of the vitamins/minerals used in VitaJym are superior and why?

    Thanks!

VitaJym is extremely disappointing. You are far better off with Orange Triad or something of the like.
