Just a quick question for the more scientific members, I am trying to find out if there is a specific time in relation to eating patterns/sleep ect that the body dips into fat stores and when does the body shift between lipogenesis and lipolysis? For example will a large meal stop lipolysis altogether or does it continue at a reduced rate. I know weight gain or loss is a result of calories in or out across a week or so but is it gained/lost in real time or is there a delay (long post sorry)

Likely that, at some point in his experience on this forum, he made some illogical/BRO-tastic post in regards to the topic of nutrition and was corrected by WonderPug with the facts of it.
This clearly upset him and he now feels the need to grudgingly attack WP's posts.
He's probably not gun make it brah.USMC (2009-2013)

I'm not sure when fat burning turns on and off relative to when you eat certain kinds of meals, but it seems to me your body has only a few options for fuel. So your body can use your triglycerides as energy (which is the form of stored fat in the body, but these are also present in the blood, though also blood sugar/glycogen (from carbohydrates) and amino acids (from proteins, to be used either to be stored as muscle or converted to glucose to serve as an energy source). Maybe this is too simplified, but I think of it as this - when your body is running low on blood sugar/glycogen, then your body will use its other "gas tanks" in the form of triglycerides and/or amino acids--> glucose. When your blood levels drop, then your body will free more triglycerides into your blood to use for energy.
So the simple, short answer is your body is acting to maintain a certain level of blood levels of glycogen, amino acids, and fatty acids, each of which can be used for energy though dependent on how much of each is available in the body (and once your deplete glycogen, you would need to ingest carbs to replace it, but your body can break down muscle and/or fat to get more energy from your stored muscle and/or fat. So if you want to burn stored fat, then you have to have a calorie deficit. It will be burned whenever you happen to need the energy and there is no other energy source freely available from the food you have eaten.

Have you considered any form of professional treatment for this deep seeded anger you hold?
Something tells me it stems from more than your interactions in the forum, however you've carried it over to this aspect of your life because on the internet you can be whoever you want to be...which has caused you to adopt this persona you put fourth ITT.
