    Im actually doing only calisthenics, I stopped lifting due to a lower back and shoulder injury. But im planning on hitting the wights again and train around the injuries when starting a bulk.
    But the thing is that im actually a little confused and dont wanna up my macros and caloric intake to start bulking right away since I still have that lower back/abs fat as you can see in the pictures in my bodyspace.
    I know that gaining fat while bulking is inevitable so im trying to be as lean as possible before starting
    PS : I used to be obese so I guess you can understand why im affraid of gaining fat again Lol
