    Glutes restricting movement

    hey guys so recently ive been unable to do any bending over movements, ive been feeling something in my right glute that are restricting the movement, dont exactly know what it is but it feels like something to do with the nerves.
    tried foam rolling but cant locate the spot. ive got this last year too, couldnt train legs for 3 weeks...

    please help!

    I also felt the tightness in my right glute when I started deadlifting. Now I do isolation exercises for glutes, strength has progressed and all related issues vanished. You need to proportionally gain in glutes compared to ham/calve/quads.
