induction phase

hey guys today i just finished my second day of keto. however, I haven't noticed a difference in the way I feel energy wise and I have absolutely no cravings for carbs. Before I would only be able to hold out two days without a binge on muffins, bagels, cake, cookies, all the carbs you can think of.. But now I don't even care about them. I've read people feeling sick the first couple of days or headaches but I haven't noticed any change. Does this mean I am doing something wrong like in my diet or I'm not going into ketosis? The most carbs I knowingly ate were from almonds and broccoli.

are you actually in ketosis yet?

i guess it affects everyone differently. i havent experienced headaches yet and im in my 4th week. i know what youre saying about not craving carbs though.

EveryBODY is different Are you complaining that you're not getting side effects? lol Enjoy it!

Carbs coming from almonds and broccoli are legit. Nothing you need to lose sleep over
