induction phase
hey guys today i just finished my second day of keto. however, I haven't noticed a difference in the way I feel energy wise and I have absolutely no cravings for carbs. Before I would only be able to hold out two days without a binge on muffins, bagels, cake, cookies, all the carbs you can think of.. But now I don't even care about them. I've read people feeling sick the first couple of days or headaches but I haven't noticed any change. Does this mean I am doing something wrong like in my diet or I'm not going into ketosis? The most carbs I knowingly ate were from almonds and broccoli.
