I try to eat 4500 cals a day. If I don't, I start losing weight. No cardio at the moment. Trying to pack on mass
I flux between 223 and 227. Planning on competing again (5th time) next June. Hopefully in light heavies this timeThe 2 most important things to me when training are 1. The Muscle Mind Connection. and 2. Intensity

seriously. You don't realize how much weight you have to lose to be stage ready till you're there. I do preps for other people and when I tell them how much they need to lose, they don't believe me and get discouraged. You gotta remember, there is an olympia class for 212lb! I'm not anywhere near that level, so how am I gonna be 200 on stage???

Exactly - I've been saying this over and over again and yet most people still stare at me in disbelief when I tell them how much they would have to lose to be stage ready... or even more often they think I'm just being negative, jealous... whatever. People also fail to realize that really shredded 200 lbs at anything under 5'11" is pretty ****ing big and can not be compared to 200lbs with visible abs or a biceps vein showing.
Even when you are very lean already there's still usually 10lbs of water to lose.
Remembers me of a situation in a gym locker room where I was posing in front of the mirror at about 225 lbs while being pretty lean and one of the trainers in the gym was completely freaking out when I told him that I'm dieting down right now and aiming to lose about 30lbs to which he replied something like "Dude you have maybe 2-3 lbs to lose, anything after that will be muscle".... alright so according to him my stage weight should have been around 220lbs... wish it was
This also often results in people getting on stage way too heavy and out of shape because they are obsessed with a certain number in their head and think that anything under 200lbs is a swimmer...instead of being honest to yourself and looking great on stage no matter if you're 150 or 180lbs.

Mirin brah. Lmao at the last pic haha
You consider cutting or just want to go head on for strength/size?The best advice that I was ever given, was to give up.
(It fuarkin means people pushed me to try harder in order to disappoint them, you idiots.)

My last show was last June. So if I compete again this next June, That will have been 2 years off. But yeah I wanna compete again
whats your quesitons man?
Lol yeah that last pic was funny as frick i snapchatted it to all my buds and half of them screen shot it
I will cut starting in January . I'm gonna cut very slow. I usually follow a high carb method that works great for me. Gonna keep goin for size till then
lolz I will keep it up!
Thanks man. I want to make sure I'm bigger than I was for my last show. No point in competing again looking the same in my opinion
Yeah big torso :/ ha. Waist is pushin 39", kinda sucks. All my extra weight goes there off season...
I used to do mixed grip, but I feel it more double overhand and with my feet a little closer stance. I can't pull as much but I like it better
Starting January I'll cut slowly, plan on competing in June around 185 or so (hopefully)The 2 most important things to me when training are 1. The Muscle Mind Connection. and 2. Intensity
