Fuarked up again. Passed on the Sig pistol. They had a Wilson Tactical SR. I've been wanting one for months but never got around to ordering one. I now own it.

MFC... nice to see you guize again.
Cox, I have your book but I lost your address. I can send it back in Sept. when I get a new car bc I don't like asking people for rides.

Looks like I have a decision to make regarding my Rock Island Armory 1911. First couple hundred rounds through it were flawless, but it's malfunctioned a handful of times since, both FTE's and FTF's. Tried some of my cousin's mags out last night, and one of his Wilson Combat and Chip McCormick mags wouldn't even lock into the gun. Another two different types of each did fit, but the Wilson just fed the bullet straight into the bottom of the feed ramp every few shots. Not sure if I'm going to send it in for warranty work or just sell and replace it with an HK. I really like it otherwise, but I won't keep a gun that doesn't run perfectly.
On a good note, I put a little over 200 rounds through my new XDS 9mm and it was flawless. Very accurate and fed the few mags of JHP's I put through it perfectly as well. Need to put more through it, but I'm loving it so far.Kansas City Crew

Rejection is part of life and if you go around avoiding it, then you aren't going to realize everything this universe has to offer. The quick, sharp pain of rejection you feel is a very momentary fleeting feeling that will disappear. The pain of "what if", however, can last a life time

Brahs who CCW, when do you draw? Stupid question I know but just curious. Physical altercation? Guy running up on you? Or is it purely when you draw you're using it?

Never have, and hopefully never have to draw, but I would only draw if I was certain to fire.
In other news, check out this misc thread about KO game returning when teenager makes certain victim has no firearm (http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=163489501)This could be us, but you dont even lift.

You don't draw unless and until you reasonably believe that lethal force is imminently justified and necessary. Drawing does not necessarily mean using lethal force/firing (stats indicate most people who draw do not need to shoot).
But I am not a lawyer and I do not give legal advice.
PS: You should look up the use of force and use of lethal force laws in your state.

That makes sense, thanks brahs. Will check state laws but can't carry here at the moment anyway and they're probably potato like all our other laws.

I very seriously doubt it's making any money.
Process, verify, document, notify and database that information........at a government run bureaucracy.
I doubt $200 is even breaking even for the ATF. In 1934 when $200 was a significant amount, sure. Now days, not even close.▲MFCi▲

Let us be real tea. SBR laws help keep criminals from manufacturing or procuring SBRs. And thus the law is not unconstitutional.
