I have a few friends who got circumcised about age 20. They all say sex feels better but I'm sure that's partly because it just feels different. The ridiculous amount of jerking off you rack up as a teen is bound to desensitize you a little so any change is likely to feel good, at least initially.

There's also the pride factor to consider. I doubt many people would actually admit if the doctor ruined their dick but whatever.
