Repubs and Dems do this chit SO OFTEN, I'm starting to feel like its their absolute intent to a) pass whatever they want to benefit them at the time + b) make "the system" we have seem obsolete in the eyes of the voters and as a result out of anger we end up changing it to something that WONT benefit us in the long run in terms of checks & balances.
